VEERENDRA BALIGERI

Veerendra is the Finance Controller in the Globalization Excellence practice at Zinnov. With over 20 years of experience in the Finance space, he has served in various roles ranging from Managerial to Director. His expertise spans across the complete financial lifecycle, from Business Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, and Budgeting to STPI and SEZ Administration.

Following an inside out approach has assisted Veerendra’s work in impacting other business functions directly and indirectly, including Operations, Business Growth, and Profit Maximization. In the past, Veerendra has successfully led several fundraising rounds and has been instrumental in key M&A activities.

He firmly believes in providing autonomy to his team, and has a minimalist leadership approach, as opposed to leading with boundaries. This approach has served him well in the past, as he has continued to deliver excellent outcomes for his customers across the board.

In his current role, Veerendra oversees the financials for Zinnov customers, including financial records, statements, payroll, advisory, taxation, and financial law compliance.
