With deep ecosystem connects, he brings over 20 years of experience spanning consulting, delivery, and client-side roles. A prolific thought leader and ecosystem orchestrator, Karthik has a proven track record in driving multimillion-dollar portfolios and leading large-scale transformations for a global roster of clients. Karthik possesses formidable strengths in advisory, entrepreneurship, and practice development. His collaborative approach sets him apart, earning him the recognition as an exceptional people leader.

Karthik’s interest areas include Experience Transformation, Digital Strategy, Product Management, Digital Engineering, Digital Marketing, Content Services, and the Metaverse. He was recently quoted on Business World on the long-standing presence of GCCs in India. Prior to joining Zinnov, Karthik served as the head of global sourcing at Nokia Siemens Networks where he managed RFP processes and supplier relationships. Over the past 12 years at Cognizant, he took on various leadership roles and has also managed Cognizant’s Australia Consulting arm, guiding enterprises on their digital transformation journeys.

Outside the office, Karthik enjoys sports, outdoor activities and the invariable coffee catchup.
