SHOUBHIK SEN

Shoubhik Sen is a Research Manager based out of our India headquarters. Shoubhik has solidified his reputation as a go to specialist in Secondary Research and Peer Analysis in the GCoE ecosystem.  

Shoubhik has been associated with Zinnov over the past 9 years where he has partnered with our clients to formulate best practices around research. His expertise lies in new age technologies, talent analysis, peer benchmarking and compete projects. Shoubhik has been instrumental in creating assets and repositories for Zinnov’s GAP practice and maintaining databases which help generate long-term value for our clients.  

His research capabilities were leveraged while collectively composing the NASSCOM Zinnov GCC Landscape Report. Shoubhik played a significant role in a major two-phase research study that analyzed outsourcing markets and mapped how organizations are using ISP vendors for a leading software company.  

His prior experience has been at Infiniti Research. Over the course of his career, Shoubhik has been a critical thinker and problem solver who has worked on a wide variety of projects across multiple disciplines and verticals.
