SAGAR KULKARNI

Sagar Kulkarni is a Senior Director at Zinnov and works in the Globalization Excellence practice. With nearly two decades of industry experience, Sagar has built and led multicultural teams across the Asia Pacific, collaborating with diverse industries. He has been instrumental in establishing efficient Executive search practices at Fortune 1000 companies, resulting in notable cost savings for talent acquisition. 

Sagar is an SME on Acquisition, Retention and Employee engagement Talent Strategies, as well as a DE&I champion. Sagar is a certified professional, with a Life Sciences Foundation Certification from Korn Ferry and a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Ministry of Manpower, Singapore. Additionally, he holds Level II High-Performance Cricket Coach and Level I Cricket Coach certifications, reflecting his commitment to personal development.
