His experience of over a decade has led Rakshith to undertake and successfully execute several projects in the domain of Sales, Business consulting, operational excellence, and Talent Acquisition. He has worked on key elements of recruitment to cater to clients’ growing talent requirements including fill critical job positions, compensation benchmarking, articulate detailed job descriptions and interview process for niche roles.
In his current role as the Senior Manager, Rakshith is responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives for Global Competency Centers at Zinnov. He actively foresees the complete recruitment life cycle for multiple engagements and helps organizations build their centers from the inception stage. Rakshith has worked on key deliverables for his clients and created actionable insights on industry best practices for recruitment, candidate experience and the recruitment scorecard at different intervals.
With a customer-centric approach to solve challenging assignments, Rakshith has proven himself to be a competent leader who believes in the freedom of expression. He encourages his team to keep an open communication channel with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring the team helps organizations improve their success.
Prior to his role at Zinnov, Rakshith has held diverse positions. He worked at Naukri.com (Info Edge India Limited) as the AssistantManager – Corporate Sales, as Business Development Manager at Refonte Technologies & Consulting, and as National Sales manager and Unit Operations Manager at PERSOLKELLY.
