Pavan is a Principal in the Innovation Strategy practice at Zinnov and is based out of our India headquarters. With more than 15 years of global management consulting experience, he has deep expertise in facets including Strategy & Operations for GCCs, Internal Innovation, Ecosystem Collaboration and Partnerships, Acquihiring, and M&A.

At Zinnov, Pavan has successfully driven Innovation Strategy programs spanning across internal innovation and start-up collaboration for his clients across the globe. His extensive experience working with global stakeholders has successfully resulted in several clients setting up hubs of innovation and Global Centers of Excellence (GCoEs) in India.

Pavan’s subject matter expertise in the Retail and BFSI sectors makes him a sought-after thought leader, who regularly features in industry events and authors articles on the industry and market trends.

Prior to joining Zinnov, Pavan worked at Deloitte US & SAP Labs India donning critical managerial roles and helping large F100 companies with their transformation and M&A integration efforts. Pavan believes in leading with empathy and has a high regard for cultural diversity & inclusion, and autonomous leadership.
