Mohammed Faraz Khan is a Partner in the GAP practice and is based out of our India headquarters. He spearheads the GCC Transformation facet of the GCC Accelerator Platform (GAP). He has deep domain expertise in areas of Cost Optimization, Talent Transformation, Globalization Strategy, Center Charter Definition and GCC Transformation.
At Zinnov, Faraz helms the execution of a wide variety of engagements on the platform that supports the leading Fortune 500 India Global Centers of Excellence and helps in driving sustainable value and innovation for their global organizations. He has cross-industry experience across a wide range of sectors including Semiconductor, Software/Internet, Healthcare, Consumer Electronics and Energy among the others.
In his current role, Faraz has been instrumental in increasing employee engagements, reducing attrition, enabling cost savings, and defining the strategy and ecosystem partnerships for various clients, which also helped in incorporating best-in class programs, practices and policies.
A certified OKR professional, he has been an active contributor to various thought leaderships and industry reports. He is also a frequent speaker at various internal and external conferences and podcasts. His valuable perspectives on current trends in the automotive and healthcare industries have earned him recognition, with notable publications like Economic Times and the Fortune India featuring his insights.

Before joining Zinnov, Faraz was working with Frost & Sullivan as a Senior Consultant and John Crane as a Design Engineer.
