RAVI DARBHA

Ravi Darbha is a Partner in Zinnov’s GE Practice and is based out of Hyderabad. He brings nearly 15 years of consulting experience, primarily across the Big 4 and Global Capability Center (GCC) advisory space.

Ravi works closely with global enterprises on GCC setup, expansion, and operating model transformation, with a focus on improving productivity and value creation across technology and business process value chain. His areas of expertise include GCC transition & transformation, elevating GCCs as high impact ‘Value Centers’ and instituionalizing ‘Measures that Matter’ to drive operational productivity.

Prior to joining Zinnov, Ravi held leadership roles at leading Big 4 firms, where he supported clients across industries and geographies on GCC & transformative technology solutions. He also played a key role in conceptualizing and building asset-based advisory services, contributing to scalable client impact and practice growth.

Ravi holds a dual degree (B.Tech and M.Tech) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, maintaining aquariums, painting impressionistic landscapes and reading fiction.
