A ProHance-Zinnov whitepaper found 53% of GBS leaders prioritize productivity improvements amid economic uncertainty, but 52% face challenges due to limited access to reliable data. Karthik Padmanabhan, Zinnov’s managing partner, noted that with 60% of global employees in India, productivity gains of 3-5% can have a direct impact. Today’s GBS leaders aim to enhance cash flow, customer experiences, and integrate emerging tech, using data-driven methods and comprehensive workforce analytics.
