MANEESH VIVEK KUNTE

Maneesh Vivek Kunte is an Engagement Manager in the Innovation Strategy practice at Zinnov. He has over 11 years of experience specializing in product development, product innovation, research commercialization, product commercialization, and GTM strategy. He has helmed the execution of several projects spanning across aerospace and defence, automotive, sustainability, and healthcare.

In his current role at Zinnov, Maneesh assists several organizations with their innovation and business-related challenges. He is currently helping a global Healthcare Fortune 500 firm build its start-up collaboration program. Maneesh is working with global leaders from the firm to identify white spaces in their portfolio and identifying start-ups that the firm can partner with. He also program manages the Proof-Of-Concept integrations with these start-ups, to productize selected solutions. Maneesh is also partnering with the healthcare firm’s leadership to scale the program globally and build frameworks of governance to replicate it globally.

A compassionate leader, Maneesh is an excellent problem solver and team player. He has a goal-oriented mindset which helps him add value to his clients and motivate his team to generate strong impact for their customers. He is also a certified OKR professional.

Before joining Zinnov, Maneesh has worked as the Director of Aerospace and Defence in the Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad (Govt. of Hyderabad). He was also the Head of Research and Development at Instrumentation Scientific Pvt. Ltd and Manager, R&D at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
