K. Ieswariya is an Associate Director for Globalization Excellence at Zinnov, where she plays a key role in driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing account management for fortune 500 companies across various industries. She jointly leads P&L responsibility for the India region alongside Namita, a Partner at Zinnov. Her work involves developing strategic business plans, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring strong customer engagement. She is a trusted advisor for clients and a regular speaker at industry conferences within the GCC ecosystem. Most of these presentations have played a key role in positioning GCCs as hubs for innovation and capability development, moving beyond their traditional cost-saving function to drive significant business growth. She has a strong understanding of how organizations can leverage GCCs for innovation, efficiency, and strategic workforce planning.

With nearly a decade of experience, Ieswariya has built a strong foundation in account management, customer success, and business strategy. She has successfully onboarded, retained, and expanded customer accounts while also streamlining processes for better customer experiences. She has program manages large-scale events by curating agenda and bringing together the right speakers and attendees to add value to her clients and this has also helped in shaping industry narratives. Her ability to influence customers’ strategic decisions has contributed to high renewal rates and long-term partnerships for Zinnov.

She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt professional by KPMG and has received over 10 internal awards at Zinnov for her contributions. Before joining Zinnov, she worked at HCL Technologies. She has also been panelist for various leadership discussions, including FMR India Offsite and ConvergeX by Christ University.

Outside of work, Ieswariya has pursued her passion for teaching as a part-time YouTuber. She has created over 75 videos with Freshers world India, helping job seekers with interview preparation. Her content has reached over 35 million views, positively impacting thousands of professionals worldwide. She is also passionate about fitness, enjoys adventure activities like trekking and rock climbing but also appreciates quiet moments at home. A music lover, she explores different genres and unwinds with real-life documentaries and K-dramas.
