Education

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (technical degree is preferred), Master’s degree, or equivalent, in a related field (HR, MBA, Learning & Development) is preferred.

Experience

8 – 12 years technical, university or MBA recruiting and/or recruiting experience in a results-oriented environment, Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Lead, you are expected to have solutioning approach for niche mandates

  • You thrive working in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven skills in sourcing through regular hiring channels, job boards / vendors / referrals.
  • Solid understanding of job specs, ability to grasp the technical and non-technical needs of the role and explain it to candidate to make it attractive. Go beyond the normal screening and bring value and inputs through conversations.
  • Must have expertise in sourcing resumes outside job portals, attract talent via Social Networking sites viz, through LinkedIn / Stack overflow / Github etc. expert in building digital rapport with the candidates to ensure engagement throughout the interview process.
  • Previous experience recruiting for software engineering, data science, analytics, product management and product design positions, preferably in a startup environment
  • Must have proven record of closing position across various levels for product engineering roles & Leadership positions
  • Should be a team player and develop excellent partnership with team. Should have experience in mentoring and training junior team members, help them achieve and be responsible for their targets.
  • Experience in reporting and MIS management, should be data driven and be able to present data accurately as required.
  • Collaboration b/w internal teams, Project leads & Clients Spoc’s
  • Should have experience in working very closely with hiring manager and panels, building excellent work relationship with stakeholders.
  • Ability to meet or exceed talent acquisition metrics including individual productivity targets, diversity and client & candidate satisfaction.
  • Team player, highly responsive and customer focus orientated and strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to meet or exceed talent acquisition metrics including individual productivity targets, diversity and client & candidate satisfaction.
  • Should have the skill of converting candidates to joiners, excellent offer to joinee ratio.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST.
  • Well-versed with the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Product Engineering recruitment background preferred
  • Should be good with technologies or a thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.
  • Good interpersonal and team coordination skills
  • Go-getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.
  • Must be a quick learner to understand emerging technologies in IT industry
