Role Summary

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product definition and delivery of this platform. This role will translate Zinnov’s 20+ years of GCC advisory expertise and proprietary data into a scalable, AI-first product used by Fortune 500s and PE-backed enterprises.

Zinnov is building a category-defining Agentic AI Operating Platform for Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The platform enables enterprises to design, run, and optimize GCCs with speed, data, and outcome focus – replacing slow transitions, opaque ROI, and fragmented execution.

What You Will Own

• Roadmap for the Zinnov GCC Agentic AI Platform, MVP plan
• Translation of GCC pain points (transition delays, delivery gaps, unclear ROI) into product workflows and AI-driven recommendations
• Delivery of a customer-tested MVP and production-ready release

Key Responsibilities

• Define PRDs, user journeys, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with engineering, AI/data science, QA, and DevOps to deliver on aggressive timelines
• Partner with 5-6 design-partner customers to validate use cases and iterate rapidly
• Shape how agentic AI and proprietary benchmarks drive decisions – not just dashboards
• Act as the single point of ownership across leadership, advisory teams, and delivery
• Support product positioning, demos, and early GTM narratives

Success Measures

• MVP live with pilot customers in 2026
• Production release by August
• Clear linkage between GCC actions and business outcomes (speed, cost, productivity)
• Strong adoption and repeat usage by GCC leaders

Ideal Profile

• 6–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, data, AI, or enterprise platforms
• Experience building 0→1 products or early-stage platforms
• Comfortable working with AI, analytics, and complex enterprise use cases
• Strong execution mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
• Prior exposure to GCCs, enterprise IT, talent platforms, or consulting-led products is a plus
