Job Overview
We are seeking a Design & Engagement Coordinator—a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong design capabilities and an interest in storytelling, digital communication, and visual content creation.
This is a junior–mid level role, ideal for someone who is passionate about design, visual communication, and social media engagement. The role focuses on producing high-quality design assets and supporting the Foundation’s communication and outreach efforts across digital platforms.
You will work closely with internal teams and external collaborators to create visually compelling decks, reports, website pages, and social media content that strengthens the Foundation’s narrative and impact.
Job Responsibilities
1. Design & Visual Communication
- Create visually engaging presentations, decks, reports, and communication assets for Foundation initiatives.
- Design layouts and content for the Foundation website, microsites, and project pages.
- Develop brand-aligned visual identities for campaigns, events, and initiatives.
- Support design needs for events, collaborations, and outreach materials.
2. Social Media Content Creation
- Design and develop social media posts, stories, carousels, and visual campaigns.
- Support content planning and ideation aligned with project priorities and communication goals.
- Maintain visual consistency and strong storytelling across social platforms.
3. Digital Engagement & Posting
- Regularly publish content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Track basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements for visibility and reach.
- Coordinate with internal teams to capture updates, highlights, and opportunities for content.
4. Creative Support & Coordination
- Assist in drafting captions, short-form content, and visual narratives.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers when needed.
- Maintain design and content archives, ensuring easy access to assets and templates.
