Zinnov is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Architect to lead the development of innovative technology products from conception to execution in the digital global capability center (GCC) space. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to drive product strategy and development while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
As an architect in our team, you will-
- Define what’s possible in the ‘Digital GCoE/GCC’ paradigm, working with the software and management team
- Build and lead a high-performing team of developers, engineers, and designers to bring the product to life.
- Identify talent needs and actively participate in hiring processes or vendor selection for outsourced development.
- Work with software engineers, product management and business team to define and refine the product architecture in alignment with business, development, deployment, and maintenance needs.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of the customer context while making technical decisions and choices.
- Work with the customers and product line management to identify, refine and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements.
- Lead and support architectural decisions and tasks
- Lead review of technical designs and provide guidance to software engineering team on technical and architectural design decisions.
- Research, evaluate and prototype new methodologies, technologies to align the business vision into the technical product roadmap.
