Rakhi heads the Talent Strategy for the Globalization Excellence practice at Zinnov. She is an industry veteran with close to 20 years of extensive global experience in Talent Acquisition and Retention strategy. She has invented, curated, and deployed various employee success programs including but not limited to Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Success, and Cascading Programs.
Her prior experience of working and building teams across Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and companies across different growth stages, enables Rakhi to work with Zinnov’s Fortune 100 customers and deliver value under dynamic conditions. Rakhi empowers customer teams in elevating their skill mapping, compensation and hiring methodology to the next level, and setting them on a path of rapid growth in their new GCCs. Her role also encompasses identification of the right leaders to lead and manage the newly set up GCCs.
Rakhi leads with empathy and autonomy. She is also an Inclusion & Diversity champion, and firmly believes that diversity is not just an agenda or a checkbox to be ticked off, rather diversity means to embrace the variety of perspectives, thoughts, and methods to create a wholesome work experience for employees.
Prior to Zinnov, Rakhi headed the Global Talent Strategy for Acrotrend. She has also worked at IBM in a managerial role. Rakhi believes in fostering talent throughout the organization and outside. Rakhi does pro-bono mentoring for women professionals to help them grow in their careers and solve professional challenges.
Rakhi has won multiple accolades, with the recent ones being Talent Management Professional of the year award by World HRD Congress (2019), Woman Super Achiever award by World Women Leadership Congress (2019), Outstanding Women Leadership award by the World Women Leadership Congress (2018), to name a few.
