K.Ieswariya is a Manager, Customer success with the GCoE Accelerator Platform (GAP) at Zinnov. She holds more than 5 years of experience in critical areas of business development, customer retention and upselling, query resolution, negotiation and scaling up of new business. Her areas of expertise also span across marketing and branding, P&L management, leadership, team management, and session program management.

In her current role she oversees more than 75 customer accounts for onboarding, negotiation of long-term contract renewals, managing customer retention and satisfaction, as well as partnership business development through Zinnov forums. Ieswariya is also involved in organizing knowledge sharing events, peer connects, roundtables, and other networking events for customers.

She strongly believes in building a diverse organization culture that reflects the shared beliefs of the employees, recognizes their contributions, as well as promotes open communication. She is also a certified Six Sigma green belt professional.

Before assuming her current role, she has worked at HCL Technologies as a senior executive. She has also worked as a part-time youtuber and produced 75+ videos for a channel that helps people prepare for job interviews.

EDUCATION
Ieswariya holds an MBA in Lean Operations and Systems from Christ University Institute of Management, and a B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation from Sri Sairam Engineering College (affiliated to Anna University).
