A global hyperscaler that provides Cloud services across multiple industries wanted to expand its portfolio into Retail and FinServ verticals by exploring partnership opportunities with key Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Their aim was to identify the established and mature ISVs that cater to the Retail and Finserv ecosystem.

How Zinnov helped

Zinnov conducted an in-depth analysis of top ISVs from two industries: Retail and FinServ. The deep dive revolved around two main aspects, ISV profiling and a detailed analysis of Cloud consumption in terms of the Cloud services used.

We generated an exhaustive list of ISVs catering to the focus verticals and filtered top ISVs on parameters like revenue, employee count & growth, GSI partnerships, and customer base.

We conducted a deep dive analysis of the top ISVs to understand their financials, investments, key products & services, Cloud consumption, stakeholder mapping, and competitor study. Based on the analysis, Zinnov recommended the top 3 ISVs across Retail and FinServ that are potential partners to venture into these industries.

Impact created

Post the deep-dive analysis, our client was able to identify potential ISV partners who would empower them to venture into the Retail and FinServ verticals. In addition to that, we also provided insights into the Cloud consumption patterns across these focus verticals so that they could strengthen their cloud offerings before they approach their potential partners.
