Kingsley Samuel is a Partner in Zinnov’s Private Equity and Tech Services practice and is based out of our India headquarters in Bengaluru. He is a seasoned professional with ~12 years of experience in the Technology Services industry.
Kingsley has deep expertise in Commercial Due diligence of Technology services firms. He leads Private Equity Tech Services conversations for Zinnov across the US West Coast, APAC, and other US geographies. His focus areas include Commercial Due Diligence, Deal Sourcing, Investment Thesis and Vendor Due Diligence projects.
Additionally, he drives value-creation conversations for PE-owned Tech Services firms and Strategic Tech Services firms across focus geographies. These discussions encompass 3-year strategies, commercial due diligence, vertical strategy, account strategy, offerings strategy, positioning and margin improvement strategy. He also advises clients on Innovation and GTM strategies of new-age technologies such as 5G, EV, Blockchain, and AI.
During his tenure at Zinnov, Kingsley has partnered with a range of Technology services clients with presence across industry verticals including Software & Internet, Telecom, Semiconductor, Healthcare and BFSI and helped them through end-to-end project ownership in growth acceleration and successful acquisitions. He has also enabled numerous practice development initiatives with a hyper-focus on innovation, delivery, and team management.
Kingsley is passionate about unleashing the full potential in people and organizations through clear communication channels. He hones program management skills through effective training and development. Before assuming his current role, he worked in the Technology Services industry with Tata Consultancy Services as a System Designer and Engineer. Kingsley has been a frequent contributor to Thought Leadership and Strategic Perspectives across major functions and industry verticals.
