NIKHIL VISHAL BAGDE

Nikhil Bagde is a Principal for the MESP practice at Zinnov and is currently based out of our India headquarters. He specializes in Commercial Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Advisory, and Strategy Consulting. He pioneers the business development of Private Equity practice with a sharp focus on Technology Services. He is well versed in solving critical business capabilities for clients operating in the Telecommunications, Semiconductor, Aeronautics, Software, Internet, and Automotive industries.

In his current role, Nikhil is responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery and CXO level stakeholder management for the technology clients of Zinnov. He successfully guides Private Equity firms and Service Providers across the globe to make informed decisions of investments in the Engineering Research & Development, IT, and Digital Services assets. He is also responsible for conceptualizing and structuring Market Strategy plans and has been instrumental in shaping business strategy for Zinnov’s global M&A clients. Nikhil works extensively on analyzing portfolios and evaluating demand growth potentials.

Nikhil has been a frequent contributor to thought leaderships, blogs, and strategic POVs which have proved to be beneficial for companies who want to pivot and transform their approach and business models.

Before joining Zinnov, Nikhil was associated with Huawei as an Assistant Manager, where he worked on commercial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and business strategy.
