Sukanya Roy

Sukanya Roy is a Partner and Head of India GCC Business at Zinnov, where she enables global enterprises to harness GCCs as strategic engines of enterprise value. She partners with leaders across Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, mid-market organizations, and Private Equity firms to accelerate operating model evolution, expand strategic ownership from India, and unlock new avenues for business impact through AI and capability transformation.

With more than two decades of experience, Sukanya is a recognized GCC and enterprise transformation leader. She works closely with organizations to strengthen their global capability footprint, build leadership capacity, scale strategic charters, and increase the influence of India-based teams in enterprise decision-making. She has enabled the establishment of 30+ high-performing GCCs, from blueprinting and business case development to creating end-to-end business ownership within 18 months, and has partnered with 100+ India-based GCCs across critical inflection points in their maturity curve, helping them expand strategic mandates, strengthen leadership capabilities, and increase enterprise impact.

Prior to her current role, Sukanya served as Head of GCC and BPM Council at NASSCOM, where she worked closely with industry and government stakeholders on policy development, research, thought leadership, and strengthening India's position in the global business ecosystem. Her experience across industries gives her a unique perspective on the evolving role of GCCs in shaping global business outcomes.
