Anand Kalra is Principal-Investment Banking, based out of Zinnov’s India headquarters. He is an expert in the firm’s Market Expansion practice and helms the execution of Global Sell-side/Buy-side M&A, Capital Market Solutions, Joint Ventures & Partnerships, Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Strategy.
At Zinnov, Anand works extensively across a wide range of investment banking engagements for a global network of Fortune 500 technology companies. These comprise of large digital platform companies, digital service providers, and end-user organizations. Another key focus area of Anand’s is small and large IT Service Providers, Automation and Software companies.

Prior to Zinnov, Anand was Director at HSBC (New York) wherein he played a pivotal role in pioneering the IoT/ Industrial Software Investment Banking coverage and spearheaded the efforts globally. He has also worked at Deloitte (India) as a Strategy Research consultant.
