ANAND KALRA

Anand Kalra is Principal-Investment Banking, based out of Zinnov’s India headquarters. He is an expert in the firm’s Market Expansion practice and helms the execution of Global Sell-side/Buy-side M&A, Capital Market Solutions, Joint Ventures & Partnerships, Due Diligence, Corporate Finance, and Corporate Strategy.

At Zinnov, Anand works extensively across a wide range of investment banking engagements for a global network of Fortune 500 technology companies. These comprise of large digital platform companies, digital service providers, and end-user organizations. Another key focus area of Anand’s is small and large IT Service Providers, Automation and Software companies.

Anand works closely with our clients to build unyielding value in financial services that drive business transformation. With cross-industry expertise spanning a range of sectors including Telecommunications, BFSI, Automotive, Retail, IoT, Automation, Healthcare and Software, he is passionate about helping deliver breakthrough results.

Anand is an empathetic leader, customer champion and expert negotiator, with strong analytical and project management skills which help him deliver guaranteed high-value results. He has a track record of executing successful M&A transactions worth over USD 40 Bn through his 15 years of experience working with clients spanning across geographies including North America, Europe, India, China, and Singapore.

Prior to Zinnov, Anand was Director at HSBC (New York) wherein he played a pivotal role in pioneering the IoT/ Industrial Software Investment Banking coverage and spearheaded the efforts globally. He has also worked at Deloitte (India) as a Strategy Research consultant.
