J C Vishwanath is a Principal in the Center Transformation and is based out of Zinnov’s India headquarters. He oversees the full spectrum of service offerings pertaining to Growth & Operations strategy as well as execution. He has cross-industry expertise and has worked for a variety of top-tier clients across strategic roles, start-up scaling and in the management consulting domain.

With over a decade of deep domain knowledge, J C Vishwanath has successfully delivered effective results on a wide range of topics encompassing major industry and function verticals including Strategy Formulation & Implementation, Organizational Transformation, Organization Restructuring, Portfolio Growth and Expansion, University Collaboration Strategy, Location Analysis/Identification and Go-to-market. He is also deeply versed in the verticals of Talent Consulting, Cost Transformation and Strategy & Operations.

In his current role at Zinnov, JC has played a major role in areas of business development, people management, asset creation as well as team hiring. He has effectively led teams throughout engagements with Fortune 500 organizations across the globe on Portfolio Transition and Center Transformation, Center Maturity, Organizational Resource Management Strategy, Return to Office and Location Strategy, New Center Expansion and Internal Innovation Strategy among the others.

He has been proactively contributing to Thought Leadership and Strategy Perspectives in internal as well as external publications. JC is also a prominent speaker at various events and conferences. His data-oriented and collaborative problem-solving approach helps him empower his team with a sense of individual ownership as well as foster a culture of experimentation within the organization.

Before assuming his current role, JC Vishwanath has held various leadership positions in organizations including PwC, Freshworks, Opinio (an Accel Funded Start-Up), and Grant Thornton India LLP among others.
